SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order and payment have been confirmed.

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays caused by the courier company, adverse weather conditions, strikes, periods of increased shipping volume or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Orders within Greece are shipped via ACS Courier.

The shipping cost for orders up to 2 kg is €5.00.

Free shipping is not available.

For orders exceeding 2 kg, additional shipping charges may apply. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number, where provided by the courier company, so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Delays or Issues

PODIA' is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at podiapro@yahoo.com so that we can investigate the status of your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at podiapro@yahoo.com, providing your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and inform you of the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and your consumer rights.
