Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product, without having to provide a reason.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, must not have been used or worn beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, must have its original tags attached and must be in its original packaging, where applicable. Proof of purchase is also required.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized / Made-to-Order Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to the customer's specific choices or instructions or are clearly personalized for a particular customer. This category may include, for example, products with personalized embroidery, logos, names, special dimensions or other custom orders. This exception is provided for under EU rules concerning goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or different product from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at podiapro@yahoo.com, so that we can review the issue and inform you of the appropriate solution.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Important: In the event of withdrawal, the business generally refunds the original standard delivery charges, while the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, provided that the customer was informed of this before the purchase.
